Another national media outlet says Nebraska football is going bowling.
ESPN’s Mark Schlabach has the Huskers playing in the Quick Lane Bowl on Dec. 26 against Ohio. Although he isn’t there, it would be the first-ever matchup between the two schools that had Frank Solich as head coach.
Nebraska has not reached a bowl game since Mike Riley’s 2016 team went 9-4 with a Music City Bowl loss to Tennessee.
