Bearcat Softball Pushes Back Fremont Doubleheader First Pitch

KEARNEY – Due to the extreme heat in Kearney continuing through this evening, Kearney Softball has pushed back the start times of the doubleheader against Fremont today at Patriot Park.

The Bearcats will now start their first matchup with the Tigers at 5:30 instead of the originally scheduled 5 PM. The second game will follow with an anticipated start time at 8 PM.

Kearney recently had their Lincoln Northeast matchup postponed to Monday, Aug. 28 due to the extreme heat in Lincoln.
