Kickoff is now set for 2:30 PM from Amherst.
AMHERST – Lightning and rain set the originally scheduled Kearney Catholic and Amherst Thursday night football matchup to bump to Friday afternoon.
The Stars (3-1) and Broncos (3-1) will start their district play Friday afternoon with kickoff is set for 2:30 PM. The game was originally planned for a Thursday night kickoff.
Amherst will have an early-out from the school day to accommodate for the change.
