On Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the Kearney Police Department arrested 26-year-old Tucker Harders on federal possession and distribution of child pornography charges. Harders was arrested at his Kearney residence without incident and booked into the Hall County Jail.
The FBI Omaha field office assisted in the investigation.
