RHULE – TEAM REMAINS MOTIVATED TO WIN:

The Husker Football team has taken their lumps over the past three weeks, suffering losses against Michigan State, Maryland, and Wisconsin last week. Matt Rhule stated at his Monday presser however the team remains motivated to win…

Nebraska can claim bowl eligibility for the first time since 2016 with a win on Friday. 

 

RHULE – PURDY PERFORMANCE:

Chubba Purdy earned his first start of the season last week at Wisconsin, as Matt Rhule gave his evaluation of the quarterback’s day in Madison…

Purdy’s performance was the least problematic of the season, with only one interception thrown on the last play of the game. 

 

RHULE – PURDY ENDURED TO OVERCOME:

Nebraska’s Chubba Purdy played one of the best quarterback performances of the season for the Huskers against Wisconsin. Matt Rhule added that the younger brother of the San Francisco 49ers’ Brock Purdy has had plenty of adversity to overcome this year…

Purdy is expected to start the final game of the regular season on Friday against Iowa.
