GRAND ISLAND – A Grand Island man is facing charges following a fatal crash earlier this month.
On Thursday, Nov. 30, Hall County Sheriff’s Office arrested Quentin Scroggin, 19, on a warrant.
Scroggin is charged with one count of motor vehicle homicide, two counts of DUI causing serious bodily injury, one count of DUI 1st offense, and willful reckless driving. He was booked into the Hall County Detention Center.
Scroggin charges stem from a fatal crash November 16 that killed passenger, Brennan Villatoro, 18, and injured three others.
Alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office has completed their investigation.
