FULLERTON, NE – A Genoa teen is facing charges related to a fatal crash that occured in Nance County Saturday.
According to court documents, Nathan Moseley, 18, has been charged with motor vehicle homicide, and driving under the influence in Nance County Court.
On Dec. 2, Moseley was driving a vehicle with five other passengers, when the vehicle rolled. The incident occurred on north 470th Avenue in rural Nance County. Several passengers were injured as a result of the crash. One passenger Roxana Corona, 25, died from her injuries.
Court documents state Moseley’s blood alcohol levels were twice the legal drinking limit.
Moseley was arrested Dec. 4 and lodged in Platte County Detention Facility in Columbus. He is due back in court Dec. 18.
