GRAND ISLAND — National touring comedian Al Jackson (a regular on the popular Bob & Tom Show which has over 140 affiliates nationally and can be heard locally on Classic Rock 101.5) is coming to Grand Island for two shows on New Year’s Eve!
Al is an American television host, stand-up comedian, actor, and author. He co-hosts the nationally syndicated talk show Daily Blast Live, which was just renewed for a fifth season Al’s hour-long comedy special “Baby Steps” was picked up by the global distributor Comedy Dynamics and his half-hour comedy special is on Comedy Central.
He has appeared on several Comedy Central shows, including This is Not Happening, The Meltdown, and @midnight. He was also featured on John Oliver’s New York Stand Up Special and Dave Attell’s Comedy Underground.
Gary Curtis one of the top comics on the Omaha area comedy scene will be the opening act. Gary’s comedy covers an array of topics ranging from relationship troubles to family business to conspiracy theories about your favorite holidays.
There are two shows New Year’s Eve at The Venue at Bosselmans on South Locust Street in Grand Island.
- 6:30 p.m. Show – Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
- 9:30 p.m. Show – Doors open at 9 p.m.
- Tickets $25 in advance $30 day of show.
