GRAND ISLAND – Ryan Beck, 20, of 1920 Forrest St. was sentenced June 25 to 30 to 45 years in prison for felony first-degree sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl.
Hall County District Judge Andrew Butler also ordered Beck to register as a sex offender.
Beck received credit for 31 days served in jail.
According to a probable cause statement from the Grand Island Police Department, at 11:50 p.m. June 27, 2023, police observed a vehicle in violation of curfew at Ashley Park. The driver was identified as Beck.
The passenger was an 11-year-old girl. After the vehicle’s occupants were separated, the girl told officers that Beck “had subjected her to sexual contact.” Beck admitted to having sexual contact with the girl.
