HASTINGS — The Hastings Museum welcomes the public to an afternoon of Spanish-language programming on Sunday, July 21.
Activities include the 45-minute, large-format film “Dinosaurs of Antarctica” in Spanish, as well as 20-minute tours at 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., with Spanish-speaking staff present. Normal film pricing will be in effect.
The event will conclude at 5:30 p.m., with a final Question and Answer activity. A Spanish speaker and Museum staff member will be available to answer any final questions about exhibits, upcoming events, or the Hastings Museum in general.
The Hastings Museum closes at 6 p.m. on Sundays.
“The Hastings Museum strives to be inclusive to all members of our community, including those whose first language is Spanish,” said Museum Director Teresa Kreutzer-Hodson. “We are thrilled we could get a Spanish sound track for ‘Dinosaurs of Antarctica.’ We will continue to look for those opportunities with every film we book, as well as other programing opportunities.”
