HASTINGS — The Hastings Police Department released their activity from Thursday, Dec. 5.

Reported Offenses:

On December 5, 2024, a 37-year-old Hastings resident reported a protection order violation in the 1600 block of West 7th Street.

Arrests/Citations:

On December 5, 2024, a 12-year-old Hastings resident was cited for third degree assault in the 200 block of North Marian Road.
On December 5, 2024, a 38-year-old Hastings resident was cited for third degree assault in the 1200 block of North Lexington Avenue.
On December 5, 2024, a 52-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, refusal of a pretest, refusal of a chemical test and driving under revocation in the 100 block of East A Street.
