KEARNEY — The Kearney Volunteer Fire Department responded to Baldwin Filters after it was reported that the sprinklers had been triggered during the morning of Monday, Feb. 3.

Around 9:08 a.m., the KVFD was dispatched to Baldwin Filters due to a report that the sprinklers had been triggered and were going off.

The KVFD responded with two fire engines, one which was returned to the station shortly after arriving on scene. One engine remained on scene.

Information on the cause or any potential injuries was not immediately available at the scene.
