OMAHA — Kearney High’s Carsyn McBride has claimed the first ever Class A State girls Wrestling Championship for the Bearcats. McBride defeated Milena Notaro of Lincoln East 7-0 to claim the 115lbs title.
The junior finishes the season with a 48-2 record.
