KEARNEY — The Kearney Park and Recreation Department is currently accepting registration for a Starting Plants in a Greenhouse class. Join the City Horticulturists to learn how to start plants from seeds, divisions, and propagation.
Grow your own flowers and vegetables in the Yanney Park Greenhouse to plant this spring. The class is scheduled for Thursdays, from noon-1 1 p.m., March 6 -27, at Yanney Park Maintenance Building & Greenhouse for people age 18 and older.
Cost of the class is $40. Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is required. To register, or for more information, call 308-237-4644, or sign up online at KPRreg.org.
