GRAND ISLAND — Items totaling $3,000 were shoplifted from Dicks Sporting Goods in Grand Island on Sunday, March 2.
According to the Grand Island Police Department, employees with Dicks Sporting Goods reported a theft that had occurred on Sunday, when three females entered the store and concealed items in a Nike handbag from the store and left without paying for the items.
A total of $3,000 worth of items were taken from the store.
It was reported by Dicks Sporting Goods that the three females were connected to a previous shoplifting incident that occurred on Feb. 26.
The case is open and remains under investigation.
