GRAND ISLAND — According to the Grand Island Police Department, there are power lines down all over the city, stalled vehicles are still in the roadway, and traffic lights are not functioning at numerous intersections throughout the city.
Travel in to, out of, and within Grand Island is strongly not advised.
A Blizzard Warning for the area remains in place until 2 p.m.
