ELM CREEK — The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office reminded the public that they continue to follow up on any information regarding the case of Chris Loupin.

Loupin has been missing since Nov. 17, 2019, at the time he was living in a camper with his father at the 4 Seasons Campgrounds near Elm Creek.

It was reported that Loupin had been acting strange and kept entering and exiting the camper during the evening. He was last seen leaving the camper at 1 a.m. wearing a white cut-off shirt, dark colored shorts and black and white shoes, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Loupin left his wallet and cell phone inside the camper. He was 28 years old at the time of his disappearance and would be 33 years old today.

He is five foot, ten inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.

“The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office continues to follow up on any and all new information that comes in regarding this case. We ask the public to take a moment to look at this updated graphic and contact us if you have any information that could help. Even the smallest detail could make a difference,” per the Sheriff’s Office.
