KEARNEY — The City of Kearney is excited to support a creative new initiative during this year’s Art in the Park event.
In partnership with Kearney For People Oriented Places, a temporary street mural will be installed at the intersection of 5th Avenue and 29th Street. This vibrant addition will bring color, creativity, and community spirit right into the heart of our public space.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to Kearney For People Oriented Places for bringing this vision forward.
As part of this temporary installation, please note that portions of the 5th Ave and 29th St intersection will be closed beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11, to allow for mural creation.
We encourage drivers to plan alternate routes and appreciate your patience as we bring this unique piece of public art to life.
