HASTINGS — The Hastings Police Department released their daily activity from Tuesday, July 15.
Reported Offenses:
- On July 15, 2025, a 79-year-old Hastings resident reported a theft in the 400 block of South Kansas Avenue.
- On July 15, 2025, a 22-year-old Hastings resident reported a theft in the 1400 block of North Burlington Avenue.
- On July 15, 2025, a 63-year-old Hastings resident reported a theft in the 900 block of South Burlington Avenue.
Arrests/Citations:
- On July 15, 2025, a 16-year-old Hastings resident was cited for minor in possession of marijuana less than an ounce and minor in possession of tobacco in the 100 block of East Park Street.
- On July 15, 2025, a 33-year-old Hastings resident was cited for theft in the 1100 block of West 2nd Street.
- On July 15, 2025, a 30-year-old Juniata resident was cited for theft in the 1100 block of West 2nd Street.
- On July 15, 2025, a 12-year-old Hastings resident was cited for obstruction of a peace officer in the 300 block of Oswego Avenue.
- On July 16, 2025, a 32-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of an open alcohol container, and no proof of insurance in the 1900 block of West D Street.
