UNK Football was picked 7th in the MIAA Football Preseason Media Poll and 8th in the Preseason Coaches Poll, as announced by the conference this morning at the 2025 MIAA Football Media Day at Emporia State University.
The Lopers, who were picked last in the 2024 Coaches and Media Polls, finished 5-6 last season (3-6 MIAA).
Central Oklahoma, last year’s MIAA Champion, finished first in the MIAA Coaches poll, with Pitt State second. The Media Poll had Pitt State first, with Central Oklahoma picked second.
UNK starts the season at Wayne State on August 28, with their home opener on September 6 against Chadron State.
