GRAND ISLAND — A suspect is accused of entering into a Chief Industries facility, making threats and later resisting arrest in Grand Island during the morning of Wednesday, July 30.
According to the Grand Island Police Department, at 6:10 a.m., officers responded to Chief Industries Fabrication located at 1119 Adams St. for a reported threatening.
On scene, officers contacted multiple employees who stated that an unknown male had entered the building without permission and then verbally threatened to end the lives of the workers.
During the follow up investigation, the suspect was identified as Levi Mueller, and he refused to obey officer commands and resisted arrest, according to the GIPD.
Mueller would later allegedly assault a police officer and attempt to assault multiple other officers.
Mueller would be placed under arrest for two counts of terroristic threats, assault on an officer, attempted assault on an officer, two counts of attempted assault on an officer – bodily fluids, resisting arrest and obstruction.
