GRAND ISLAND — The Grand Island Police Department is investigating after a passenger of truck flashed a handgun at a group during the early morning hours of Thursday, Sept. 11.
According to the Grand Island Police Department (GIPD), a 22-year-old woman reported that she was with a group of people in the Harbor Freight parking lot at 1:30 a.m.
A truck drove by them and a passenger in the backseat pointed a black handgun with a green laser pointer at the group. The woman yelled at the group for everyone to get down and the truck drove away.
The GIPD is currently investigating the case, possible charges include terroristic threats.
