KEARNEY — A Kearney man accused of creating child sexual abuse material pleaded not guilty in Buffalo County District Court.
Dylan Judd, 27, is charged with two counts of possess child pornography, a Class 2A felony; visual depiction/sexual explicit conduct, a Class 3A felony and commit child abuse intentional – no injury, a Class 3A felony.
Judd pleaded not guilty charges on Oct. 17, and a final plea/pre-trial hearing date was set for Nov. 21 at 10 a.m.
The affidavit supporting continued detention, which details the allegations, has been sealed in this case.
However, the complaint states that Judd is accused of creating and possessing child sexual abuse material between July 25 and Aug. 8. During the same period, he is also charged with child abuse of an eight-year-old minor child.
Judd was arrested and booked into the Buffalo County Jail on Friday, Aug. 8.
