Reported Offenses:
- On October 29, 2025, a 40-year-old Hastings resident reported a theft in the 200 block of North Marian Road.
- On October 29, 2025, a 49-year-old Hastings resident reported a fraud in the 600 block of South Kansas Avenue.
- On October 29, 2025, a 37-year-old Hastings resident reported a theft in the 3400 block of Osborne Drive East.
Arrests/Citations:
- On October 29, 2025, a 37-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for criminal mischief in the 100 block of South Elm Avenue.
- On October 29, 2025, a 34-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for criminal mischief in the 100 block of South Elm Avenue.
