GRAND ISLAND – A 17-year-old male was arrested by Grand Island police for a 9:54 a.m. Nov. 1 incident at West Second Street and North Clay Ave.
A traffic stop was attempted for a person driving a motorcycle, and the motorcycle fled from the scene.
Police eventually found and arrested the teenager.
He was arrested for felony flight to avoid arrest; five infractions (stop sign violation, failure to signal turn, no motorcycle license, no helmet, muffler required); and three misdemeanors (no valid registration, no proof of insurance, no license on person).
