KEARNEY — The Buffalo County Historical Society and Trails & Rails Museum are delighted to invite the community to the 38th Annual Christmas Tree Walk, a beloved local tradition celebrating creativity, community spirit, and the magic of the holiday season.
This year’s event will be held Dec. 6–14, open daily from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Guests are invited to stroll through a festive forest of uniquely decorated trees crafted by local individuals, organizations, and businesses. Each tree reflects its own interpretation of the theme: Keeping Score — and visitors get to help select the community favorite! Voting tickets are just 25 cents each or 5 for $1, making it fun and easy for everyone to take part.
In addition to the tree displays, attendees may register for the silent auction featuring handcrafted mini trees and wreaths. These one-of-a-kind pieces are lovingly created by talented supporters, with all proceeds benefiting the Buffalo County Historical Society and the Trails & Rails Museum. The silent auction closes on December 14.
Admission is free, and all are welcome.
