Angel of Hope Statue at Kearney Cemetery (Brian Neben, Central Nebraska Today)
KEARNEY — Parents who have lost a child are invited to remember their beloved at a candlelight vigil Saturday, Dec. 6 at the Angel of Hope statue at the Kearney Cemetery.
The event will be held at 7p.m. at the statue, which is just East inside of the cemetery entrance at 4400 Ave. I.
Organizer Rhonda Johnson said participants can bring their own candles in memory of their loved one, and flowers will be provided. You can contact Rhonda at 308-627-6108 if you have any questions.
Participants also may purchase a $50.00 brick to help build the patio around the Angel of Hope statue.
