GRAND ISLAND — Kearney Catholic outscored Grand Island Central Catholic 20-4 in the second quarter and continued to pull away in the second half while posting a 64-22 road victory Friday night.
Danielle Seim scored a game-high 22 points to lead the Stars (6-3), who triggered a running clock in the fourth quarter. Brenleigh Huxoll added nine points for Kearney Catholic.
Elle Tibbetts had 10 points for the Crusades (1-10).
