Reported Offenses:
- On February 3, 2026, a 66-year-old Hastings resident reported forgery in the 3000 block of Osborne Drive East.
- On February 3, 2026, a 76-year-old Hastings resident reported a hit and run in the 700 block of North Minnesota Avenue.
Arrests/Citations:
- On February 3, 2026, a 44-year-old Grand Island resident was arrested on a Hall County warrant in the 1200 block of Apache Avenue.
- On February 3, 2026, an 18-year-old Phillips resident was arrested for driving under suspension, no insurance, no valid registration, and possession of marijuana less than an ounce, in the 900 block of South Baltimore Avenue.
- On February 4, 2026, a 25-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under suspension in the 900 block of South Baltimore Avenue.
