GRAND ISLAND — A Grand Island woman was arrested after slashing an individual in the face with a knife during the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 21.
According to the Grand Island Police Department, at 2:05 a.m., officers were dispatched to E. 16th St. in reference to a reported domestic assault.
During the investigation, officers determined that Alianah Utley had slashed her boyfriend in the face with a knife and caused significant injuries.
Utley was arrested for use of a weapon to commit a felony, first degree domestic assault and third degree domestic assault/meaning threats.
