GRAND ISLAND – Grand Island police arrested a 20-year-old Grand Island man Feb. 26 during a search warrant at his home in central Grand Island .
Emmanuel Arita is accused of employing a 16-year-old to distribute large quantities of marijuana and THC.
Police Division Chief Dean Elliott said this incident involves a six-month investigation.
The 16-year-old was previously arrested. No controlled substances were found during the search at Arita’s home.
