GRAND ISLAND – Grand Island police arrested Miguel Pipaz Panjoj, 35, of Grand Island after a 10-year-old girl reported she had been sexually assaulted one to two years prior to March 6.
Panjoj was arrested for felony third-degree sexual assault on a child. A 32-year-old Grand Island woman was cited for misdemeanor failure to report child abuse. The woman is accused of allowing several juveniles to be placed in a dangerous environment.
Five children were placed on a 48-hour hold.
