GRAND ISLAND – A juvenile female reported at 2:43 p.m. March 19 that she was sexually assaulted by an adult male in Grand Island.
Grand Island police arrested Willie Colman of Grand Island for felony first-degree sexual assault of a female and felony third-degree sexual assault of a female.
