GRAND ISLAND – A 32-year-old female reported to Grand Island police at 8:43 a.m. March 26 that she had been strangled and had her air closed as well as being kicked and punched by her boyfriend.
She also sustained a possible broken nose. She had injuries consistent with the assault.
The victim’s boyfriend, Toby A. Juhl, resisted arrest and obstructed officers.
He was arrested for felony strangulation, felony terroristic threats, misdemeanor domestic assault, misdemeanor first offense resisting arrest, and misdemeanor obstructing a police officer.
The incident occurred at a home on Sylvan Street.
