GRAND ISLAND – During the time a search warrant was being served at a home on West Sixth Street at 4:30 p.m. March 26, officers found hundreds of THC vape devices and marijuana.
Police reported that Joel Sican of Grand Island admitted to possessing the THC vape devices with the intent of selling them. He also had cash that he admitted was partially from drug sales.
Grand Island police arrested Sican for felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute marijuana near a playground/park and felony possession of drug money.
