GRAND ISLAND – Grand Island police arrested a homeless man at 3:14 a.m. March 29 at West Seventh and N. Elm Streets after conducting a traffic stop.
Julian Castro-Gutierrez was arrested after a DUI and drug investigation were completed.
Castro-Gutierrez was arrested for misdemeanor second-offense DUI, felony possession of cocaine, misdemeanor driving during revocation, misdemeanor false reporting, and having an open alcohol container, an infraction.
