GRAND ISLAND — A Grand Island man was arrested after law enforcement say that he threatened a woman with a knife during a disturbance on Tuesday, June 18.
According to the Grand Island Police Department, at 9:30 p.m., officers responded to North Front St. in response to a reported disturbance.
Officers spoke with all parties involved and it was reported that Luke Pfeifer had raised a knife to a 42-year-old woman’s throat. The woman stated that she is in a constant state of fear and unrest from Pfeifer’s actions.
Hile speaking with officers, Pfeifer used an electronic nicotine vape several times, but he is under the age of 21.
Pfeifer would be arrested for terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and tabaco/electronic nicotine use – under 21. He was booked into the Hall County Department of Corrections.
