GRAND ISLAND — Law enforcement in Grand Island is investigating after a pregnant woman was assaulted on Monday, Oct. 28.
According to the Grand Island Police Department, officers were dispatched to Phoenix Ct. in reference to a disturbance.
A pregnant 24-year-old female reported that she had been assaulted, which caused bodily injury. The suspect had fled the scene prior to police arrival.
The case remains under investigation by the GIPD.
