SHERMAN CO. — The Sherman County Nebraska Sheriff made a traffic stop on a juvenile that had previously been reported traveling at a high rate of speed around Sherman County to include Rockville, and was observed on Saturday, Dec. 14 speeding around Loup City and running stop signs.
This individual was cited for traffic offenses and driving on a Learner’s Permit. Parent was contacted.
A deputy then stopped one of two juveniles racing on Highway 92 in excess of 100 mph in the fog with visibility less than 200 yards. Subject were cited and the parents have been contacted for all parties involved.
