“Today our depth really showed up. We were able to win convincingly up and down our lineup. I liked how we came out with a better energy today than when we played them on Saturday. We didn’t give away many free points or games. Kyler Nichols and Colton Brinegar took advantage of their opportunity to play singles today by winning 8-0. They both did a great job of placing the ball and forcing their opponents into some tough spots. Colton and Kyler then did a nice job of putting the ball away when they were given the opportunity. Today ended a good stretch of tennis for our team. We played 12 matches over the course of 4 days. It will be nice to have a few days to recover and work on some things before traveling to the Papio Invite next Monday.” – KHS Boys Tennis Coach Troy Saulsbury
