Reported Offenses:
- On March 8, 2025, a 40-year-old Hastings resident reported an assault in the 900 block of South Franklin Avenue.
- On March 9, 2025, a 57-year-old Hastings resident reported a theft in the 800 block of South Burlington Avenue.
- On March 9, 2025, a 79-year-old Hastings resident reported a criminal mischief in the 500 block of Lakeside Drive.
- On March 9, 2025, a 79-year-old Hastings resident reported a criminal mischief and disturbing the peace in the 500 block of Lakeside Drive.
Arrests/Citations:
- On March 8, 2025, a 37-year-old Hastings resident was arrested on a Hall County warrant in the 1200 block of West 7th Street.
- On March 9, 2025, a 33-year-old Arizona resident was arrested for driving under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol, refusal of a preliminary breath test, and refusal of a chemical test in the 1100 block of South Franklin Avenue.
