Vehicle stolen in Utah recovered in Grand Island

GRAND ISLAND — A vehicle that was stolen from Utah was recovered in Grand Island and a suspect was arrested during the evening of Wednesday, April 16.

According to the Grand Island Police Department, a vehicle which was stolen in Utah was located in Grand Island. The vehicle was valued at $5,000.

The driver of the vehicle was placed under arrest as requested by the investigating law enforcement agency.

According to the GIPD, Diego A. Lara Perez was arrested for possession of stolen property.
