HASTINGS — Beginning Monday, May 19 the City of Hastings Street Department will close the eastbound lane of East 42nd Street for repairs just east of U.S. Highway 281.
Eastbound traffic will use the center lane in the project area and westbound traffic will carry on as normal. Markers will be used to make the lane transition.
Osbourne Drive East will be closed north of the entrance of the Bill Smith Softball Complex and USA Softball of Nebraska office.
The work is anticipated to be completed by 5 p.m., Friday, May 23.
