HASTINGS — Training and final preparations are taking place to open the Hastings Aquacourt Water Park on Saturday, May 24.
The Aquacourt is scheduled to be open noon to 7 p.m., daily through mid-August. However, the Aquacourt will be closed for public swimming if the air temperature is below 70 degrees Fahrenheit or at the manager’s discretion based on inclement weather, attendance, or unusual circumstances.
In addition to the Aquacourt, the wading pools at Heartwell Park and Lincoln Park, will open on May 24 as well.
The Libs Park splash pad is currently under construction and scheduled to reopen by June 9. Improvements with the new splash pad include more features, stainless steel so the features will hold up better than the fiberglass of the previous splash pad and better drainage.

Morning Lazy River Walking 11-11:45 a.m. daily.
New this year is early pass sales. Early sales will be 6-8 p.m. May 21-23 on site at the Aquacourt, 2200 W. Third St., with food trucks scheduled to be on site.

Monday Night Mania (Monday Nights, 5-7 p.m. starting June 2): $3 admission.
Two for 1 Nights (Tuesday and Thursday, 5-7 p.m. starting June 3 & 5): Two admissions for the price of one.
Family Nights (Wednesday Nights, 5-7 p.m. starting June 4): half off admission for immediate family members. Must be a minimum of 2 paying family members.
Twilight Rate* (Tuesday through Sunday, 5-7 p.m.): $1 off individual admission.*Does not apply with other discount pricing (i.e Two for one night, Family Night, Group Rate).
Group Rate (15 or more people at once): $1 off admission.
