LINCOLN CO. — Severe weather impacted parts of southwest and central Nebraska during the evening of Monday, June 16.
A supercell in Lincoln County produced a long-lived tornado in the Wallace-Wellfleet area that was nearly stationary. The same storm would move slowly to the south and produce a prolific amount of lightning as the daylight fade.
