KEARNEY — The 2025 BBQ on the Bricks event will be held on Saturday, Aug. 9 in downtown Kearney.
The event will be held from 5-7 p.m. Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased from the Kearney Eagles Club at 17 W. 24th St.
A plated meal will be provided by the Eagles featuring meat prepared by the barbeque teams. There will be music by Paul Hanish starting at 6 p.m.
Local teams are encouraged to participate and win $2,500 in prize money. For more details go to www.mwbabbg.org. This event is sanctioned by the Midwest BBQ Association.
