HASTINGS — The Hastings Police Department released their daily activity from Thursday, Dec. 18.
Reported Offenses:
- On December 18, 2025, a 53-year-old Hastings resident reported fraud in the 200 block of South Burlington Avenue.
- On December 18, 2025, a 26-year-old Hastings resident reported trespassing in the 300 block of West D Street.
Arrests/Citations: - On December 18, 2025, a 14-year-old Hastings resident was cited for minor in possession of a tobacco product in the 1100 block of West 14th Street.
- On December 18, 2025, an 11-year-old Hastings resident was cited for third degree assault in the 200 block of North Marian Road.
- On December 18, 2025, a 20-year-old Texas resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, refusal of a preliminary breath test, refusal of a chemical test, no operator’s license and minor in possession of tobacco products in the 800 block of East 12th Street.
- On December 18, 2025, a 37-year-old Fremont resident was arrested on a Dodge County warrant in the 1000 block of W H Street.
