HASTINGS — The Hastings Police Department released their daily activity from Monday, Dec. 29.
Reported Offenses:
- On December 29, 2025, a 28-year-old Hastings resident reported a criminal mischief in the 200 block of East South Street.
- On December 29, 2025, a 37-year-old Hastings resident reported child pornography in the 400 block of South Garfield Avenue.
- On December 29, 2025, a 25-year-old Lincoln resident reported a hit and run accident in the 1600 block of Morningside Drive.
Arrests/Citations: - On December 29, 2025, a 16-year-old Hastings resident was taken into custody for terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony in the 800 block of South Denver Avenue.
- On December 29, 2025, a 13-year-old Hastings resident was cited for possession of a tobacco product in the 1300 block of North Baltimore Avenue.
- On December 29, 2025, an 18-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 2300 block of Osborne Drive East.
