KEARNEY – The Kearney Girls Basketball program is set to host a youth 3-on-3 tournament coming on Sunday, Oct. 29th.
All area athletes from fourth grade to eighth grade are eligible to participate. The fundraiser supports the Kearney High Girls Basketball program, as teams can enter with a $75 entry fee. All entries can be mailed to 2702 West 11th Street, Kearney, NE 68845 to Coach Carson.
Pool play will be used to determine seeding into the championship bracket, as scoring from each game will determine any tie breakers. Bracket play will then be single elimination.
Teams are allowed up to four players, giving three participants and one substitution as needed.
The tournament begins at 12 PM as all teams are guaranteed at least three contests.
