KEARNEY – One Day for UNK kicked off today.
This year marks as the third year that The University of Nebraska at Kearney is holding One Day for UNK. This year’s theme is “Be Blue and Gold. Give Boldly.”
The event kicked off at noon today and will continue for 24-hours until noon Friday Oct. 6.
Funds raise during the giving day will go towards UNK scholarships, the university’s three colleges, Loper Athletics, 59 registered student organizations and other programs on campus.
Donors also have the option of donating to specific programs as well.
Last year’s One Day for UNK raised $276,438 to support all areas of UNK and more than $250,000 was raised in 2021.
